Thanks to Kirk, L. Madison, Pamela M., Zac, and any other recent commentators for your feedback.

@ Zac.... I never said GetTheBar was a scam and even if they were they have no image to tarnish. The fact that my little post on this blog appears on page 2 of the SERPS for a search on Boloto Group tells you they are virtually invisible and have no online presence other than from those promoting GetTheBar and a few of their previous failures.

Why not state just who those household names are that you claim are involved.

If they aren't going to launch until everything is perfectly seamless, then they will never launch.

Prelaunches have nothing to do with getting a system working properly.

And exactly how much time and money has Boloto Group spent on this? Nobody here can say how much or how little with any authority.

Boloto has been spouting off about changing the way internet advertising works for at least 5 years. Here is a link to an article about their "Library Card" software... http://phoenix.bizjournals.com/phoenix/stories/2005/01/10/story5.html

@ Kirk .... Thanks for recognizing that I do actually care about people.

Other than joining the Powerbar Club what other research would you suggest I do? I generally don't join anything that I believe is going nowhere. There's no need to. I'm good with numbers, I know how internet advertising works, and I've seen things like this come and go over the years.

I can't tell you how many times I've been told I don't know what I'm talking about unless I can see things from the inside as a member of the latest and greatest internet opp.

Hopefully your 656 people are earning you a lot more than Pamela M's 893 people. I've had thousands in various downlines of free opps over the years that earned me very little so the numbers aren't impressive.

Hopefully they are a big success and I'm proved wrong. I'll gladly eat crow in that case. :)

Kirk,

Pretty good one, I'll bet Chris jumps all over your offer....lol

Anyway, there is no way Boloto put this much time and investment into this project to collect data. They could have bought the data they've obtained thus far for a whole lot less.

One other important note to put into the equation, unless Boloto Group intends on changing their name/business identity what possible motive could they have for not being legit since at this point they're name would be mud online and in the press if this turns out to be a scam.

Another note, I personally have first hand knowledge some household names are involved in this program. Do you really think they would expose themselves to something that would tarnish their public image?

Do you really think Boloto would be so stupid to bring these big names in if they were a scam? I'm talking people who with one statement would make the nightly news. They would ruin Boloto forever it this were not legit.

Bottom line is full launch won't happen until it's perfectly seamless. The traffic will increase dramatically after launch. If there are any bugs at all it will be ten time harder to fix at that point.

That's what prelaunches are all about folks.

Going to be fun being involved when it does go fully live.

Cheers,
Zac

Hey Chris,

Why don't you just try joining the Powerbar Club and prove to all of us
it's a time waster?
If you don't want to do that please take the time to at LEAST do some true research on
the subject. Why not follow a group of people's efforts USING the Bar and see how they
do? I have been very happy with The Bar so far. On 1/2/10 I had 14 members and now
I have 656. -last night I had 598-so made that while I slept.
You can follow my results which I post regularly on Facebook under Kirk Nickey or Twitter
under kirk_nickey.

Here is my results so far today:

Total Friends
656
Members Levels
Level 1
25
Level 2
53
Level 3
51
Level 4
171
Level 5
117
Level 6
135
Level 7
104
Levels are tiers. First level is your direct friends that join. Second level is your first level's direct invites that join. This continues through seven invite levels.

Now Chris, if you do decide to give this a try I want you under me because you obviously
care about people and that's who I want on my team.
Besides, the best skeptics sometimes do the best at explaining this to other skeptics.

I've been waiting since October for the launch. It's been delayed 3 times now. I've pretty much lost patience, me and my 893 people. You would think with that many people, I be making at least decent grocery money, but I'm getting like a few cents a day. That's proof that people are losing faith in this...

Well I notice that the last Entry was January 25th, 2010. I myself am not sure whether this is a scam or not. I have been a member for 3 months and only started sharing the bar in December. Yes, it is very easy to share. Yes, it costs nothing, and Yes, mathmatics proves the money that can be made.
However, there are several nagging thoughts that I cannot ignore. I wonder why we were told that the PR campaign would launch January 4th and 14 days later, give or take a day or two, the 10 cent ads would launch. We are now 24 days later than the 18th of January and We have not heard one word as to when the ads would launch. I myself have had some customer support problems, requesting assistance from I5 and have never had an answer whatsoever from them. I’ve even noticed my sponsor, who knows Pat Monteforte personally, has stopped sending news updates to his downline. There is no information in the “news and updates” section in the PBC members area. My husband put in a support ticket a week ago to PBC and has not heard a word back. Yet previously PBC was pretty quick to respond to support tickets. I have also noticed as I am sure others have that we went from 10 ads a day to 5 ads a day (I assumed it was because we were winding down 3/10 cent ads to get ready for the 10 cent ads). In the past week I have been able to view 5 ads a day being paid for only 3. I thought the “bugs” had all been worked out. I have many Ideas and Organizations I would love to contact about this….but if I have questions think how many more they will have.
It is quite possible this has run its course before it even began. Will we ever know? I never thought I would get rich but I was sure in hopes I could make that extra 2700.00 that was mentioned in the previous blog. Even though this has cost me no out of pocket money it has cost me quite a bit of time. I am concerned that I may have gained names (something of great value in and of itself) for a company (two in fact) and possibly lost a reputation with friends, family and referrals. If I am doubting without cause please inform me. But I do not believe I am the only one with these concerns.

Also a little note: In your blog state that adbyer.com is a new site.....no no no....it is the same 10cent ads exchange as I5.

I recently signed up for this after doing a little bit of googling to see some reviews. (I missed this one) I am quite hesitate to involve others as I have a feeling now in the pit of my stomach telling me that something just doesn't feel right. First off, why should they do their so called launch. They have thousands of people clicking now for 3tenths of a cent when the advertisers are paying them 23 cents everytime someone clicks. (I have a friend with a website and he gets paid 23cents everytime someone clicks on one of the ads. It appears to be the going rate)If they ever do their so called launch they would have to share that 23 cents! It's a win win for them. Their members do all the work recruiting and clicking and they rake in all the money! JMO I will sit back an watch, not holding my breath for this to ever launch.

Yah, this thing still does not launch fully up to this point. Im still hoping it does launch, but looks like they are going to hold it again. The only bearing if this thing is for real or gonna be huge is if they completely "LAUNCH THE TEN CENTS ADS". Im just watching this program evolve for now. Im a member but not much inviting people. I wanna wait for the 10cents Ads to come first.

OK so it's been nearly two weeks? So where is the press about i5? I haven't seen anything in the news or the newspaper about this. Yet I hear that in 3 months "everyone with a computer on this planet will have heard of i5".

i5, nor the PBC, nor any of my sources, are saying anything about about any new updates as far as the PR Campaign is concerned. I don't see anything in any media outlet about this (if you do, let me know ASAP). I though the whole idea behind this PR thing was to make it public. I was expecting news features, TV commercials, anything that would tell the public around the world about i5. And I have yet to see anything...

Me and my 838 people are getting rather impatient. =l

Good luck Clarence. And thanks for posting the release Wayne.

The first shot in their "PR Campaign" is pretty much the same thing they've done in the past.

Nothing in the NY Times yet from Donnelli's alleged interview.

Also, that press release isn't even designed to attract advertisers. It's designed to draw recruits into the opportunity.

Nothing impressive so far. I'll be happy to give some kudos when I see some significant press that isn't just a paid press release that only cost a couple hundred bucks or even if I see some serious cash spent on advertising.

Live links to incomplete websites and their ridiculous statement regarding the names of their executives being kept private on the "About" page from bolotogroup.com also lend little credibility.

LOL

True Economic Stimulus:Provide Consumers Personalized Advertising "By Request" and Advertisers Access to Exact Consumers January 7, 2010

Invite5.com and 10CentAds.com Reduces Ad Costs, Provides Exact Audience Interaction

CHICAGO, IL (January 7, 2010) - For Consumers, a vast world of advertising income is opening up with the launch of the Boloto Group's Invite5.com, a viral web-based membership that provides a share of the ad dollars. In addition, by tagging your friends to Join i5, each member shares virally in the ad dollars experienced by their contacts. For Advertisers, 10CentAds.com provides the missing link of advertising - exact audience access and interaction chosen by the advertiser.

Traditional advertising is a shot in the dark. Whether the medium is television, radio, print or the internet, consumers have been trained over the years to ignore ads. Boloto Group follows a simple industry fact: the only value to an advertiser is the audience. By allowing consumers to choose where and when to view ads and to provide an unmatched value to the advertisers, the consumer earns a share of the ad dollar. That's Invite5.

The unmatched value for advertisers is a guaranteed 10-second exclusive face time minimum and the unbiased opinion of the ad presentation from one to five stars by their chosen audience. Invite5 membership recognizes and rewards the audience value and connects the advertisers to their exact consumers while immersed in the content the advertiser desires, anywhere on the web.

With Invite5, members are anonymous unlike other advertising platforms. There is no covert data extraction or recording where a member goes on the web. Nor is a personal ID ever shared. Each member has unique code and location on the web to identify their request for ads. This delivers more personalized ads from the advertisers. A simple demographic survey completed during registration provides the advertisers all they need to select their exact audience - the missing link of advertising.

Membership is free and viral. Sharing membership is as simple as playing tag. Create your own invite tag during registration and tell the world to Join i5 with your tag. Whether an organization or individual, everyone that enters your tag during registration is connected to you. That connection is a viral share of the ad dollars when they interact with ads. The viral distribution of the ad dollar continues through seven invite levels. Organizations can provide their audience a life-long value by sharing free Invite5 membership.

"Economic stimulus today is not providing a few hundred dollars to a household one time and hope they spend it at retail. True economic stimulus needs to provide consumers with funds month in and month out that they become comfortable with spending," said Robert Donnelli, CEO of Boloto Group. "Free Invite5 membership provides just that. There has never been an equal opportunity to earn income. The Invite5 opportunity is unlimited and available for everyone 13 yrs and older worldwide. The Company has worked diligently for years to create a solution for advertisers and consumers. This solution could not have been more timely or more needed than today."

For advertisers, the 10CentAds.com exchange provides the holy grail of advertising. True audience analysis with exact audience selection, exact content and location mapping, minimum 10 seconds exclusive interaction and unbiased opinion rating of your presentation - all for just 10 Cents. In addition, if the advertisement is entertaining, informative, etc. the audience can click a button and share the ad on over 140 of the largest community, social, blog and video sites. This exposure to millions does not cost one penny more. Viral advertising is free to the world.
